Charme Inc. will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser. Remote control is entitled to one-year warranty.
• Five-Year Warranty on Motor: During the second through fifth years from the date of purchase, Charme Inc. will replace motor found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and shipping costs related to the replacement of the defective parts.
• Ten-Year Warranty on Frame: During the second through ten years from the date of purchase, Charme Inc. will replace metal frame found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and shipping costs related to the replacement of the defective parts.
