Position Title: Account Specialist Job requirements and qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Create Purchase Orders for Large Orders into Our Inventory Management System • Enter Purchase Orders in Suppliers Systems • Enter Tracking Numbers Provided by Suppliers • Research Missing Tracking Numbers from Suppliers • Contact Large Order Customers to hand hold them through the completion of their order • Buy Up (White Glove or additional accessories) • Call backs for New Sale or Product Questions • Large Order Issues and Damages Resolution • Support our Affiliate Program Members • Support our Wholesale Program Members • Manage CRM Program to manage leads
Qualifications • 1-3 years of Customer Service or Account Service Experience • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree - nice to have • Enrollment and /or completion of any further education is preferred • Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data • Ability to think critically and excellent problem-solving skills • Team player • Excellent time-management skills • Excellent writing and editing skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Demonstrates professionalism with suppliers and clients • Demonstrates integrity • Strong attention to detail to ensure the highest accuracy • Experienced in using the internet for research • Familiar with Inventory Management Software • ShipStation software knowledge helpful • FedEx, UPS, USPS and Ontrac knowledge software helpful • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
