CSR - Customer Service Representative

The position is during regular business hours. We sell products (focused on Seniors) on line and help educate regarding fall prevention, etc. We need to expand our customer service team to help make and receive calls, problem solve with the customer, data entry, and follow through with vendors on tracking information.
Full Time CSR - Customer Service Representative needed for a growing small business in Irvine. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. The candidate will be responsible for learning what the customer needs and helping them find it.

Responsibilities
•    Communicate patiently with customers via email, chat and phone
•    Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the customer’s order(s)
•    Provide customer with help in placing an order and product questions
•    Also provide customer with tracking numbers for their order, assistance on returns, damaged orders and or cancellations
•    Work with internal team to meet customer’s needs
•    Data entry in various platforms (Ship Station, Finale Inventory, Google Sheets, FedEx, UPS, USPS and Ontrac

Qualifications
•    At least one year of over the phone customer service experience
•    Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
•    Comfortable using search engines, word processing, and spreadsheets
•    Ability to work with difficult, distraught and “chatty” customers
•    Must have integrity, enjoy problem solving, and have a positive attitude
