If you have received an item that is damaged, missing parts or pieces, or if you have received the wrong item, please CLICK HERE. For product return requests, please fill out the form below:
1.) Items must have an approved RMA number placed on the box(es) to be accepted as a return. Items without an RMA number on the box(es) will be refused and returned to the sender.
Some items are non-returnable, such as Open Box Items. Any non-returnable items will not be eligible for an RMA number. Please make sure your item is returnable before filling out the form.
2.) Items must be returned within 30 days of placing the order, or 21 days of receiving the order, whichever comes first. There are no returns after 30 days. Items sent after 30 days will be refused and returned to the sender.
Original packing slip and sales receipt must be included. Returned items must be in new condition, in original boxes, unused and undamaged with no missing parts or accessories.
3.) Returnable products require a restocking fee, determined by the following:
- 10% restocking fee for all regular products (some exclusions apply)
- 20% restocking fee for Lift Chairs, Beds, & Patient Lifts
-30% restocking fee for custom built and configured products
