Position Title: Vendor Relations Specialist

Job requirements and qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders for Small Orders into Our Inventory Management System
• Enter Purchase Orders in Suppliers Systems
• Enter Tracking Numbers Provided by Suppliers
• Research Missing Tracking Numbers from Suppliers
• Reconcile invoices
• Ensure credits are given on account
• Review Fed Ex for oversized items charged
• Submit and track claims from Fedex, UPS, USPS and Ontrac
• Set Up New Suppliers in Our Inventory Management System
• Send Resellers Permits for all Suppliers
• Review Invoices for errors

Qualifications
• 1-3 years of Accounting or AR/ AP or Customer Service Experience
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or Finance - nice to have
• Enrollment and /or completion of any further education is preferred
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data
• Ability to think critically and excellent problem-solving skills
• Team player • Excellent time-management skills
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates professionalism with suppliers and clients
• Demonstrates integrity
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the highest accuracy
• Strong background with QuickBooks
• Experience with Inventory Management Software
• ShipStation software knowledge helpful
• FedEx, UPS, USPS and Ontrac knowledge software helpful
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Other requirements
• Must be 21 years of age
• Maintain a valid CA Driver’s License
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Basic math skills required
