The four flexible internal stays provide support and stability as well as help prevent the sides from rolling. The adjustable elastic side straps provide extra compression as needed. STATEMENT OF USE: The lumbosacral spinal support helps prevent and relieve lower back pain resulting from muscle strain and spasms. It also supplements the abdominal muscles when stretched or weakened.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE: Step 1: Loosen the two elastic side pull straps. Step 2: Position support across back with the bottom edge over Coccyx. Step 3: Close support right panel over left. Step 4: Grasp the side pulls and stretch them to reach the loop on the front of the support. Step 5: Fasten the side pull straps.
