CONSUMER LIMITED LIFETIME AND SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY
GOLDEN, through its authorized distributor/service organization, warrants this chair to original consumer only, against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
LIFT MECHANISM, RECLINE MECHANISM AND CHAIR FRAME LIMITED WARRANTY
GOLDEN, warrants for the lifetime of the chair by the original consumer to repair or replace at Golden’s option the Lift Mechanism, Chair Frame and Recline Mechanism. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized on all models for three years. The Capri and Monarch are limited to six months subsidized labor.
GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any cost or expense for examination of any warranted parts nor is Golden to pay for costs for transportation, handling and packaging of the parts or components.
THREE YEAR ELECTRICAL PARTS WARRANTY
GOLDEN, warrants the electrical parts of this chair against defects to original consumer only, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase by a consumer. The Monarch chair has electrical parts warranty of 2 years. The Capri is limited to 1 year electrical parts warranty. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized for one year on all models except Capri and Monarch, which are limited to 6 months.
GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination of any Warranted parts nor is Golden to pay cost for transportation, handling and packaging of the parts or components.
ELECTRICAL PARTS LIMITED WARRANTY FOURTH THROUGH SEVENTH YEAR
During the period beginning with the expiration of the full three year parts warranty offered above and continuing through the seventh year after date of original purchase by a consumer, GOLDEN will warrant the electrical parts on the following pro- rated basis. Year 4 earns a 35% discount off suggested retail price. Year 5 earns a 25% discount. Year 6 a 15% discount and year 7 a 5% discount. By way of example, a part costing $100.00 that needs replacement in year 4 would cost $65.00. GOLDEN shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination and/or service of any warranted part or to pay for costs of transportation, handling and packaging of the chairs and/or parts or components. The Capri and Monarch are excluded from this portion of the warranty.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO WARRANTIES
GOLDEN will, at its option, repair and/or replace the defective parts and/or components provided that the warranty parts have
not been subjected to misuse, abuse or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling and / or have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives. This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, i.e., in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product, or finding an unsatisfactory power connection, etc. Exceeding the weight capacity of the chair will void the warranty.

CONSUMER 1 YEAR AND 2 YEAR WARRANTY
Regular servicing is not necessary. Should you ever encounter a problem in the operation of your power lift and recline chair, discontinue all use of the product upon discovery of a problem. Contact the dealer from whom you purchased your chair. They will be able to resolve problems and take care of proper factory service if needed. Use the following before contacting your dealer so they can better help you. Check all electrical connections. They can become disconnected from moving the chair to clean around, or vacuuming. Check that both transformers are plugged into a working outlet.

TWO YEAR MECHANICAL WARRANTY
GOLDEN, warrants for two years to the original consumer to repair or replace at their option the Lift Mechanism,
Chair Frame and Recline Mechanism. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized for two years.
GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any cost or expense for examination of any Warranted parts nor is Golden to pay for costs for transportation, handling and packaging of the parts or Components.
ONE YEAR ELECTRICAL WARRANTY
GOLDEN, warrants for one year to the original consumer to repair or replace at their option the Motors, Control
box, Power cord, Transformers and Hand control. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized for one year.
GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination of any Warranted parts nor is Golden to pay cost for transportation, handling and packaging of the parts or Components.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO WARRANTY
GOLDEN will, at its option, repair and/or replace the defective parts and/or components provided that the warranty

THE TWO YEAR AND ONE YEAR WARRANTY ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND ENTIRE WARRANTY PERTAINING TO MODEL 502 AND IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Luxurious Brisa Fabric Options
Supple Brisa® fabric offers the refined look of leather, but in a luxuriously soft, breathable, and temperate design. Brisa® fabric comes in an extensive selection of lovely colors to choose from and will never stick to you or feel too hot or cold. This beautiful fabric is scratch resistant and easy to clean and disinfect, so it always stays looking new! These fabrics are double rubbed 300,000 times to ensure the highest level of quality and durability. We’re so sure of the quality of this fabric, that Golden offers a Lifetime Warranty* on all Brisa® fabrics.
Not only is Brisa® fabric the most innovative fabric of its kind, the company that designed it, Ultrafabrics, is highly focused on green initiatives. They have implemented a new distillation process, which has reduced total freshwater use by up to 10%. Ultrafabrics also has a long-term commitment to eliminating waste across manufacturing, unsold inventory, and product returns. In 2020, the company reduced its waste intensity by approximately 10% – including significant reductions across waste from manufacturing defects and scraps, product returns, and discontinued inventory. They have also taken significant steps to restrict the use of substances of concern in its products and provide clear guidance on how those products can be used and cared for safely. Anli Urethane Fabric
Our Urethane fabric is highly durable and provides the most realistic imitation of leather. The composite material and polyurethane coating make this fabric water resistant, flexible and lightweight. Unlike vinyl, there is no cracking or peeling. It remains soft and supple.
Easy Living Fabric
Easy Living fabric has a modern, updated look to match any home décor. It tailors extremely well bringing out the shape and design of our lift recliners. This fabric features our exclusive SofTouch™ with Stain Defense coating. This proprietary system, while increasing stain resistance, adds a luxurious “soft to the touch” feel to the fabric.
Contemporary Plush Imagine Fabric with Stain Defense
Our contemporary plush Imagine fabric comes standard on our Value Series lift recliners, but is also available for special order on every lift recliner collection. This beautiful, soft fabric features our exclusive SofTouch™ with Stain Defense coating. This proprietary system, while increasing stain resistance, adds a luxurious “soft to the touch” feel to the fabric.
Microsuede Fabric
Microsuede fabric is a stylish alternative to suede with wonderful advantages. Composed of millions of microfibers, it has the soft hand of natural suede leather, but none of its drawbacks. Long lasting and stain resistant, this faux suede fabric is perfect for furniture that will see a high volume of use or spills. It’s 100% vegan, but looks and feels like the real thing. With a stylish look and two gorgeous color options, these fabrics will be a welcome addition to any décor. Our microsuede fabrics come standard on select Golden power lift recliners.
