• Enter Purchase Orders in Suppliers Systems
• Enter Tracking Numbers Provided by Suppliers
• Research Missing Tracking Numbers from Suppliers
• Contact Large Order Customers to hand hold them through the completion of their order
• Buy Up (White Glove or additional accessories)
• Call backs for New Sale or Product Questions
• Large Order Issues and Damages Resolution

Qualifications
• 1-3 years of Customer Service or Account Service Experience

CONSUMER LIMITED LIFETIME AND SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY
GOLDEN, through its authorized distributor/service organization, warrants this chair to original consumer only, against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
LIFT MECHANISM, RECLINE MECHANISM AND CHAIR FRAME LIMITED WARRANTY
GOLDEN, warrants for the lifetime of the chair by the original consumer to repair or replace at Golden’s option the Lift Mechanism, Chair Frame and Recline Mechanism. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized on all models for three years. The Capri and Monarch are limited to six months subsidized labor.
GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any cost or expense for examination of any warranted parts nor is Golden to pay for costs for transportation, handling and packaging of the parts or components.
THREE YEAR ELECTRICAL PARTS WARRANTY
GOLDEN, warrants the electrical parts of this chair against defects to original consumer only, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase by a consumer. The Monarch chair has electrical parts warranty of 2 years. The Capri is limited to 1 year electrical parts warranty. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized for one year on all models except Capri and Monarch, which are limited to 6 months.
GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination of any Warranted parts nor is Golden to pay cost for transportation, handling and packaging of the parts or components.
ELECTRICAL PARTS LIMITED WARRANTY FOURTH THROUGH SEVENTH YEAR
During the period beginning with the expiration of the full three year parts warranty offered above and continuing through the seventh year after date of original purchase by a consumer, GOLDEN will warrant the electrical parts on the following pro- rated basis. Year 4 earns a 35% discount off suggested retail price. Year 5 earns a 25% discount. Year 6 a 15% discount and year 7 a 5% discount. By way of example, a part costing $100.00 that needs replacement in year 4 would cost $65.00. GOLDEN shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination and/or service of any warranted part or to pay for costs of transportation, handling and packaging of the chairs and/or parts or components. The Capri and Monarch are excluded from this portion of the warranty.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO WARRANTIES
GOLDEN will, at its option, repair and/or replace the defective parts and/or components provided that the warranty parts have
not been subjected to misuse, abuse or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling and / or have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives. This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, i.e., in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product, or finding an unsatisfactory power connection, etc. Exceeding the weight capacity of the chair will void the warranty.

Regular servicing is not necessary. Should you ever encounter a problem in the operation of your power lift and recline chair, discontinue all use of the product upon discovery of a problem. Contact the dealer from whom you purchased your chair. They will be able to resolve problems and take care of proper factory service if needed. Use the following before contacting your dealer so they can better help you. Check all electrical connections. They can become disconnected from moving the chair to clean around, or vacuuming. Check that both transformers are plugged into a working outlet.

Return Policy
Return Policy
- Item must have an approved RMA number and it needs to be placed on the box(es) to be accepted as a return. If there is no RMA number on the box(es), the item will be refused and returned to the sender and no refund will be provided.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of placing the order, or 21 days of receiving the order, whichever comes first.
- There are no returns after 30 days. Items sent to us after 30 days will be refused and returned to the sender.
- You must include the original packing slip or your sales receipt.
- Your returned item must be in new condition, in original boxes, unused and not damaged, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. If package is returned in damaged condition it will be refused and returned to sender.
- Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible to pay the return shipping cost, however we are here to help make sure the return postage is as low as possible. Please request a label for a quote.

The Beast is Best!
My Buzzaround went through the airport like a little tornado or Bumblebee just going every where with ease. Down the ramp, fold it up and away we flew. While in the Rocky Mountains I took it on trails that weren’t too rough but enough that I needed the ground clearance you get with the Buzzaround. On gravel, dirt, or sidewalk my Buzzaround scooter took me where I wanted to go. Highly recommend it to everyone with a mobility issue. I even have a video showing how well it performs.

Nice little scooter
I have only used the scooter a couple times so far. It was easy to fold and put into my trunk. I have not been able to try on anything but concrete so far.
