Delivery/Communication Gets an F
The product is phenomenal and that is why this is getting 2 stars; otherwise it would be 1 star. I ordered this through Senior.com on 2/6/25. I received an email to review it on 3/1/25. I didn't receive the package until 3/5/25. There was NO communication this product was backordered or delayed...in fact, a shipping label was created on 2/6 for it but no shipping details. I called CS to inquire about two weeks after ordering and it took her 3 days to research it and get back to me that there was no information on the shipment yet. Really...I told her that when I called. Just when I was getting ready to call again, I got an email that shipping details were updated and it would arrive 3/4 but didn't get here until 3/5. Extremely poor customer service! Won't shop with Senior.com again but do recommend the item.
Lumbar Roll
The Lumbar Roll is along the same idea and construction as the one I purchased over 15 years ago. I'm still using that one, but the elastic band is losing its hold. I was so pleased to find what I thought was the exact same product on Senior.com at a reasonable price and with free shipping. I received the item in good condition, but was surprised and disappointed in the size. It is the same length as the one I already had, but the diameter of the roll is only about half of what is was in the original version. This matters quite a bit because the size reduction comes out to much less effective support for the lumbar region. I did choose to return it because I didn't want to have to pay shipping.
