This Nova Medical Convoluted Seat & Back Foam Cushion with Fleece Cover is a 3" Foam cushion for 18" x 16" wheelchair with cover. This cushion (2658-3) provides support and pressure relief. The convoluted foam improves weight distribution and air circulation. It has removable, machine washable polyester/cotton with a fleece topping for added comfort, as well as a 3" seat cushion with connected 2" thick back, which fits most chairs and wheelchairs.

Wonderful, comfortable seating for my sister's wheelchair.
My sister is now comfortable sitting in her wheelchair. This is soft and comfy and much better than the regular plastic covered pad she'd been sitting on. She was getting sores on her back from rubbing against the back of the chair. Well, no more. She's smiling again.
This seat was the answer to my husband’s sciatic pain
This fits perfectly in my husband’s wheelchair. The only problem was that it slid around. I had to buy Velcro and sew it on the bottom seat cushion in order for it to stay in place. Thank f the cover was removable.
Solved My Problem
I have been trying to find a comfy, yet supportive cushion for my couch. It is not level and causes me to sit crooked which was making my hip hurt like crazy. Because the seat reclines, all other cushions kept shifting. This one has the back attached to the seat and doesn't fall into the cracks. No more pain!
