At NOVA, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and exceptional service. Each product is built to precise standards and thoroughly inspected before shipment. This warranty reflects our confidence in the materials and workmanship of our products.

NOVA extends this warranty only to the original purchaser. It does not cover any subsequent owner, and it becomes void upon resale, transfer of ownership, or use by another person.

We warrant that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase for the following periods:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty

• Brakes: 5-Year Warranty

• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty

  (Includes wheels, hand grips, padding, cables, upholstery, bags, screws, and plastic parts)

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• Negligence or misuse

• Failure to follow product instructions

• Normal wear and tear

• Unauthorized modifications

For warranty service, please contact the dealer where you purchased your NOVA product. If you are unable to obtain satisfactory service, you may contact NOVA directly at the number below. Be prepared to provide:

• The nature of the defect

• Product serial number

• Name and location of the place of purchase

• Proof of purchase (receipt required)

Important:

Do not return any product to NOVA without prior consent. Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this limited warranty. Labor or shipping charges incurred for replacement parts or repairs are not covered.
