Reviews are right--don't hesitatee. Worth every penny.
Bought this for my father who has Parkinson's and can't stand up for long. One of the few heavy duty transport chairs with desk arms that can also flip up to make transferring from side much, much easier. Wheels can easily go over uneven thresholds, carpet, sidewalks, etc. We use the transport chair here at home all the time. Dad is comfortable even with spine problems. The double wheel locks on top handles and on wheel make it easier for caregiver to lock & unlock if patient not capable of locking on their own. My dad suffers from sundowners so we've made it a rule to always use the seatbelt to keep him from jumping up and falling. The wheelchair is half the weight of his old one so helps my poor old back, too! Folds easily. Footrest strap is awkward as other reviewers have stated. For now we are leaving it, but it's confusing to dementia/sundowners patients. Otherwise, great comfort and investment and worth every extra penny!
Very happy
It’s exactly what we needed. a fairly lightweight transport chair for a bigger guy. Works perfectly

This chair is really nice and moves like a breeze!! Very comfortable and very satisfied with it even though it's a little pricey for my pocket it's worth it!! They need to work on they're notifications that it shipped, it came on Sunday but today Tuesday I got a text it has shipped after backorder of five weeks. The best chair I have had and expect it to last long.

This chair replaces a standard wheel chair which we keep in the car for excursions. It fits my wife very well, is easy to push, especially on smooth surfaces, and I have no problem compressing it or handling it for storage in the car. I do wish sometimes that the push handles were adjustable for height and have found that on any real slope, the brakes are pretty useless. I suppose that for more money, there are chairs available with better brakes. In all, we are quite pleased with this chair and feel that it is sturdy enough to use where ever I can push it.
