Method - Spit Roasting

Spit-roasting is the method of cookery where food is suspended above a heat source, while slowly turning and cooking. It’s known as the most even method of cookery on a grill. It can be done in an open or closed grill.

 

 

Method - Grilling

Grilling is the method of cookery where food is exposed to direct radiant heat from below. Usually high heat is used and the foods are flipped while grilled until cooked. 

 

 

 

 Method - Tumbler

Designed for both the HUB and Fusion as an optional rotisserie accessory. It turns, tumbles and cooks the foods enclosed in a cylinder shaped tumbler above burning charcoal.

Designed for both the HUB and Fusion as an optional rotisserie accessory. It turns, tumbles and cooks the foods enclosed in a cylinder shaped tumbler above burning charcoal. 

 

 

 Method - Warming

When the HUB II is ignited and in use, the cupboard compartment warms up and produces two areas of dry heat. Cooked foods can be kept warm on the two different levels, with the top level being the warmest.
