In-Home Service Contracts
In-Home Service Contracts cover the labor costs for repairing your Lift Chair using replacement parts covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. You can review the specific parts warranty by clicking on the Warranty Tab. If an issue arises, simply call us, and we’ll assist you. After diagnosing the problem, if we cannot resolve it over the phone, we’ll order any necessary warranty parts and arrange for a certified technician to visit your home for repairs, if required.
Please note: Service contracts do not extend the warranty on replacement parts. They also do not cover routine maintenance, adjustments, calibrations, product return services, or repairs for parts not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, except for chair frames and lift/recline mechanisms. If you have a service agreement and need new chair frames or lift/recline mechanisms, your In-Home Service Contract will cover the labor for these repairs.
