My Nova Get Go and accessories
I ordered two rollators on Monday at about 7 am, and they arrived Tuesday afternoon, and the accessories arrived on Friday. I assembled the Get Go on Tuesday afternoon. I was surprised to see that all welds and connectors were strong. The blue metallic coating was attractive and well done. The rollator was not damaged. Both assembly and adjustments were easy to complete. I ordered two accessories for my Get Go, which is for indoor use. I ordered the folding cup holder, but I am able to transport beverages in mugs and lidded jars on the seat without spilling and then leave them on the seat or place them on another surface. I hope to pass on the cup holder to someone. It took two days to get the flashlight to work, and it worked only five days. I checked Internet reviews of this item, which is standard for the flashlight. Nova needs to stop selling the flashlight as it downgrades the brand name. I suggest seat cover the entire top of the utility bag under it. The two-into-one pocket in the utility bag is great; Nova should add 3 more pockets. Nova should provide driving instructions for rollators in print or video. It took me a while to master making turns from hallways through doorways into rooms.
brakes and folding are difficult to use. wheels do not turn easily.
I appreciate the lower seat height and I needed a new walker,but I am disappointed in the above mentioned areas.
Great Rollator
It has been very easy for me to walk with the GetGo Junior Rollator. Before I was losing my balance while walking. With the rollator, I feel steady. I like the roomy seat, and it is very easy to handle.
