Terrible, unfair, what you did with my father a 82 year old men with a fix income, I told you what was wrong with the waker and you ignore us. I bought another one in one of our local stores. Thank you for nothing

Purchase of Nova Rollator

There is much to like about my Nova walker. But, I was not expecting it to an extra wide version. I think I will become adjusted to the wider handle bars & seat. I have more difficulty maneuvering this walker than I did my smaller one. As I become more acclimated to the walker, it will be fine
