Perfect!

This cane folds easily but is very sturdy while open. The handle is super comfortable on my hands even though I have arthritis. The mini quad tip was too small to be able to keep the cane upright like you can with the full sized quad tip but it does help with added grip while walking. Lastly, I got the “butterfly symphony” pattern and it is even more beautiful in person than it is online. Overall I am very pleased with this product!

Very happy with my product . I had to return it for another color since I ordered black by mistake. It took awhile but I finally got it. My mom is using it I think the butterflies make her more interested . I am trying to encourage her to use a cane more often.

The description says it expands to accommodate a six foot person. I am 5’8” and it is not high enough for me.

Trying to get response from company

Bad enough that I'm asking for a full refund and as my previous emails have stated, I do not want to receive your product. I tried several times to ask for updates and finally gave up and purchased this product through another company

Difficult to adjust length

Service was prompt. When the cane arrived, I liked everything about it except that the button was very difficult to press and I could not rotate the cane body to adjust the length. I have never had this problem with any other cane. The company promptly sent an exchange, but the new one had the same problem. A strong, mechanically-inclined neighbor was finally able to do it, but even he had continuing difficulty. I am keeping the cane because I like it otherwise. I can fold it in half without adjusting the length, but I can't fold it into quarters as shown. So I would recommend it, but not if you need it to collapse completely, as shown in the ad. Good point: it does not rattle, as some adjustable canes do.
