Don’t make a mistake on your order
I used your company twice, good prices, quick delivery, when I asked for help, they called ASAP, but I asked to delete one item….(& save $60) but I got that item anyway. Her cart is old, new handles are probably needed, but I did 2 orders minutes apart, a rep called with in the hour, but already shipped I guess
Poor adjustment of an order
Not installed yet. Basically good service, quick shipping, customer service contacted me promptly after my request, but did not fix the issue or give me a refund for the item I didn’t intend to order.
