Service was exceptional. Rollator is as described.
I purchased this for my mother-in-law. I think it is brilliantly designed and beneficial for mobility support. My dad LOVES his rollator - the stability it lends him when he’s walking, the ability to pause and sit, and especially the basket under the seat where he keeps a stash of his favorite (forbidden) snacks and beverages. :o) My mother-in-law is still adjusting to idea of an assistive device. We have tried to put a happy spin on it with decorations and calling it her “flower cart.” Despite her reluctance, her walking is noticeably more confident with the rollator than without. We notice her lifting her feet and taking real steps rather than just shuffling. We also notice her lifting her head and looking around rather than just watching her feet. The eight inch wheels are great for outdoors, which was our primary purpose. It even works on the lawn.

Nova Zoom
It's a good rollator, and light enough to lift easily.
New Nova Zoom
Pretty good. I live in an area with bumpy sidewalks. I wanted 8-inch wheels. My physical therapist recommended the Nova brand. It is sturdier than the Carex rollator I used before, and it was much easier to assemble.
My first walker
My legs are weak and I find it hard to walk because of getting old (Old age sucks). I got a cane but it was obvious that I needed more support. Decided to purchase a walker (zoom) from Norco Medical supply in Redmond Oregon. Easy to use and I can move around better and faster than with a Cane. I look at it as an investment for how many days that I have left that the good Lord will give me. It is my desire to take my golden years with grace. In time my big adventure will be going home to be with my Lord Jesus Christ.
