Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed
I saw that in the email it said “satisfaction guaranteed “. I should have read the entire email instead of skimming. I missed the part where they said if you open and try the item you cannot return it. How are you supposed to know if you like it if you aren’t allowed to try it? It’s a chair cushion that my mom sat on for 5 minutes. Will never buy from this company again.

I bought this cushion for my mom. The email said 100% guarantee so I didn’t read carefully enough. Because I opened the vacuum seal so she could try it they will not accept this return. How is she supposed to know if she is satisfied with it unless she opens it and sits on it. I will never do business with this company again
