Good Product - Bad Service
The knee support compression sleeve, when finally received, is a very good product. However, it took over two weeks to receive my small order. My call to the company's automated answering system, where I left a message to call me, was never responded to. I sent a request on the Senior.com website inquiring about my order status. That was never responded to. In short, I couldn't contact anyone at the company to check the status of my order. Two days BEFORE I finally received my order, I received an email asking me how I enjoyed my product. I would NOT recommend purchasing from Senior.com.
