Great product...customer support no so much
It took nearly 2 months to get the product, and only received email in that 6 - 8 week period. Left messages twice on the phone and never received a return phone call. The product is fine and works as expected. I will not be using this company again.

With having to bring in and set up most of my wife's scooter to charge it, I went looking for an off board charging station for it. I was very pleased when I found this product. It makes it so much easier to charge. I can leave the scooter in my SUV and just bring in the batteries. I would recommend this product to anybody who needs one.
