The sleek and modern design was driven by customer insights, with a goal of incorporating what was most valued in a floor lift while bringing in new features to enhance the user and caregiver experience.

Impressive lifting range The BirdieEVO XPLUS offers an impressive lift range that allows for lifting from floors and high surfaces. In addition, the 360° rotation helps make positioning easier for the caregiver.

Easy to assemble, transport and store

The space-saving design allows for toolless assembly, and can be easily folded and unfolded for transport and storage.

  • Ergonomic push bar makes handling and maneuvering easy.
  • Distinctly designed curvature of the boom and spreader bar helps caregivers maintain eye contact with patients and residents throughout the transfer.
  • Ergonomic leg design features natural edges and smooth curves, allowing for easy movement around chairs and wheelchairs.
  • Premium Casters maximize maneuverability – especially on challenging surfaces.
  • Hook Design - A new ergonomic hook design allows the sling loop to be attached with just one hand. A wider slot makes positioning loops easier, and the hook’s nose helps prevent the sling loop from sliding out unintentionally.
  • SlowR Boom - The boom was designed with an integrated dampener to help reduce rocking, allowing for patient comfort and steady caregiver control during lifts and transfers.
