36” length x 6" diameterThe full size is ideal for massaging adductors, hamstrings, quadriceps and the back, but can also target smaller areas such as the IT Band, hip rotators, glutes and calves. Its soft compression creates a more stable environment for exercise, including Pilates, yoga and core strength movements.
36” length x 3” height
The half-round size features one flat side and one rounded side for diverse use. It’s well-suited for balance and stability work, Pilates, yoga and physical therapy.
18” length x 6” diameter
This shorter, more compact size is easy to carry or fit into a bag for convenient portability. It's the perfect companion for travel, taking to the gym and running/biking races.
36” length x 4” diameter
This roller’s smaller diameter makes it lower to the ground for a safer, more stable feeling. It’s perfect for the elderly or those with a compromised sense of balance and is easier to control while using for massage.

This half foam roller has the perfect level of softness that I need (and many thanks to other reviewers who got me interested in this product). My PT prescribed a lying-down static chest stretch to help with shoulder and neck issues, and this fits the bill for performing this exercise. In general, I find OPTP products to be of high quality and very useful for maintaining an active lifestyle.

Excellent! It is the perfect size and density to foam roll every area of my body that needs massaging (which is every area of my body!) I foam roll every morning. It is the perfect way to release stiffness, soothe general muscle aches, treat areas that are inflamed and activate my parasympathetic nervous system. It has been a game changer for my yoga practice and my life! I love the vibrant marbleized blue color. It reminds me of a hot summer day floating in the lake, which has similar physical and psychological effects but is much more difficult to access. Thank you for this amazing product.
