RAD Roller "Soft"
This roller works fine at the clinic of my physical therapist on a padded table. But at home, on just a 1/2 - 3/4" floor pad, the pressure from the roller is too intense. If a softer one were available, I'd go for it. Admittedly, I'm thin, but have enough back muscle I wouldn't think the roller would seem so hard.
