The Swede-O® Adjustable Night Splint is designed to help relieve pain and discomfort associated with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis This gentle stretch helps reduce muscle contracture, inflammation, and associated pain.

Durable, rigid shell and soft interior foam construction provide comfort while sleeping and will not wear out with use. This splint is not designed for use while walking or standing.

The tension straps can be adjusted to increase flexion during sleep, passively stretching the calf and plantar fascia to help alleviate morning heel pain and discomfort.

Bilateral design fits the right or left foot.

Instructions of Use:
Use under the supervision of a health care professional.
Step 1: With hook and loop straps released, place foot on splint with heel positioned at 90˚ bend.
Step 2: Comfortably secure strap over the top of the foot.
Step 3: Adjust and secure remaining straps.
Step 4: Pull the dorsiflexion assist, angled straps to increase foot angle until a slight stretch is felt across the arch of the foot, lifting the toes upward slightly.
Step 5: Secure the angled straps.
