Quick Reline™ is a denture reliner that can be adapted to fit Easy Denture™, as well as most any other full or partial denture. It is a hard reline that is Zinc Free and created from our Patent Pending NuvoFlex material. This material turns soft / pliable only when boiled for just 30 seconds. Once given another 30 seconds to cool, the material is ready to be tailored to most any loose or uncomfortable fitting denture, making it fit snug once again as well as helping with denture retention. If you don’t get it correct the first time, or should you mouth change shape overtime, you can always re-boil and refit Quick Reline™ multiple times until you get the perfect fit. Designed to last the life of your denture (up to 36+ months), Quick Reline™ will work excellent with either your immediate or long-term denture.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- To begin the process, place approximately 2” of water into a pot and bring the water to a boil (NOTE – if you heat the water using a microwave, DO NOT place the Quick Reline Puck in the microwave while the water is coming to a boil).
- Once the water is boiling, carefully place the Quick Reline Puck in the boiling water using tongs and start your timer for 30 seconds (do not leave the Quick Reline Puck in the boiling water for more than 30 seconds as it could damage the Reline material).
- Carefully remove the (now softened) Quick Reline Puck from the water using tongs and allow it to cool on a plate for exactly 30 seconds.
**CAUTION – Do NOT at any time come in contact with the boiling water as it will burn your skin**
- Once cool to the touch, place the softened Quick Reline material where needed on your existing denture and form the material onto the denture with your fingers. Once the material is located in the correct areas on the denture, you can then place the denture, with the softened reline material attached, in your
mouth for a final fit (NOTE – From the time you remove the Quick Reline material from the boiling water and let it cool for 30 seconds, you’ll have (1) additional minutes to work the material to the denture and to your gums / mouth before the Quick Reline material hardens.
**CAUTION – Do NOT leave the denture in your mouth while the Quick Reline material fully hardens. You should stop fitting the Quick Reline material a maximum of (2) minutes following the 30 second cool down period**
- Once the Quick Reline material is in the correct areas on the denture, and your denture fits comfortably, you can remove the denture from your mouth and let the reline material cure – fully hardening in approximately (3) minutes from the time in which the material was removed from the boiling water.
- You are now finished and can enjoy your correctly fitting denture! However, if the Quick Reline material is not in the correct areas and your denture does not fit comfortably, you can simply remove the Quick Reline material by either… a.) Pulling the Quick Reline material off the denture by hand or, b.) If the Quick Reline material is fully bonded to the denture, you can carefully boil your denture for no longer than 30 seconds, let it cool for another 45 seconds, and then remove the Quick Reline material by hand. You’ll then want to begin the process once again, starting with Step #1. You can do this as many times as you need to get your denture fitting correctly and comfortably. You also can adjust the fit of your denture without removing the Quick Reline by boiling the denture for no more than 30 seconds allowing to cool for 45 seconds and then placing your denture with the softened Quick Reline in your mouth to adapt to fit.
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
- The Quick Reline material can adhere to most all full and partial dentures. If it does not adhere, you can use denture adhesive of your choice to attach the Reline (i.e. after you’ve followed the instructions, and it has been fitted) to the denture.
- The Quick Reline material can be re-boiled / refitted / reused multiple times for adjustments.
- If you are using the Quick Reline material with the boil & bite, self-fit at home, Easy Denture™ (www.easydenture.com), you will need to re-boil the entire denture where the Quick Reline material is attached, and then re-fit per the original Easy Denture instructions (https://easydenture.com/
instructions ).
