The product is great. The grid has a little wider openings than the smaller screens, but it looks and works great. The service was good. Communication was a little sporadic, and no one could tell me when the order was going to arrive. It was on back order. The factory had delays, it was not Senior.com’s fault. I ended up getting the order earlier than expected, which was pleasing. It was packaged well. I recommend using senior.com.
