STATEMENT OF USE: This brace supports and stabilizes the ankle.

How To Use

Wear this brace over a clean, dry athletic sock.
Step 1: Pull brace over the foot like a sock.
Step 2: Lace the bottom two eyelets comfortably tight. Continue lacing up the brace through both panels. Do not skip any eyelets. IMPORTANT: When lacing the middle eyelets, firmly tighten laces for most effective support. Finish lacing up the brace with the top eyelets comfortably tight.
Step 3: With the brace completely laced, check the distance (amount of tongue showing) between the inner side panels. If this space is wider than 1.5 inches, the brace may be too small. If the space is less than .5 inches, the brace may be too large.

Side stabilizers: The included side stabilizers are an optional feature and may be used for additional ankle support. The install, prior to lacing the brace, insert the stabilizers between the inner and outer panels on each side of the brace with the top of the stabilizers captured in the pocket at the top of the brace.

Replace brace every year to ensure proper support.
